Within a few days of receiving your complaint a Complaint Officer will be allocated to look into your complaint. The officer will contact you to discuss how the matter will proceed.
Although we accept complaints by email, all further communication is generally done in writing or by phone. Please let us know if you have a particular requirement for information to be provided in an electronic format. Completed complaint forms can be provided in an electronic format. If you would like an acknowledgement of your complaint to be sent by email please include an email address.
