M50 Concession Limited will send you a letter to acknowledge that we have received your complaint. If you do not receive an acknowledgement of your complaint within seven (7) days, you can send us an email or call us on +353 (01) 823 5888 or Free Phone 1800 77 5050.
Within a few days of receiving your complaint a Complaint Officer will be allocated to look into your complaint. The officer will contact you to discuss how the matter will proceed.
Although we accept complaints by email, all further communication is generally done in writing or by phone. Please let us know if you have a particular requirement for information to be provided in an electronic format. Completed complaint forms can be sent to the following email address

The information you provide in this complaint form may be used by M50 Concession Limited to investigate your complaint. If we begin a formal investigation into the matter we will provide a copy of your complaint (excluding your personal contact details) to the person about whom you are complaining.
